The Tudors Blu Ray DVD is an Irish/Canadian produced historical fiction television series created by Michael Hirst. The series is based upon the reign of King Henry VIII of England, and is named after the Tudor dynasty.

The Tudors' premiere on one April 2007 was the greatest rated Showtime sequence in 3 decades.[1] In April 2007, the indicate was renewed to get a 2nd period, and in that month the BBC announced it had acquired unique Uk broadcast rights for that sequence, which it began to broadcast on five October 2007.
