Doogie, who has successfully completed college and become a doctor at a
young age. While he may be smart enough to practice medicine, Doogie is
still going through the process of growing up, which often conflicts with
his duties. Luckily his best friend Vinnie and his sometimes-girlfriend
Wanda are there to help him. In each episode Doogie learns a life lesson,
which he remembers on his computer journal.
